Incorrect item ordered:
– No returns on custom wrap kits, we will extend a discount on the correct wrap design. Please email or Call 855-727-9727 for a resolution.
- A 15% restocking fee and original shipping charge will be assessed on all inventory returned.
– If you ordered the incorrect chassis/template on a stock design, ship the kit back to us after submitting a ticket. Once we receive your incorrect kit, we will ship you the correct one.
The incorrect item was shipped to me:
Please send us a photo of the item received to: info@scswraps.com along with your order information. Once we confirm the incorrect item was sent to you, we can open a claim and ship the correct kit along with a shipping label so you can return the wrong item to us.
Installation Responsibility:
We want to clarify that SCS Wraps is not responsible for the installation of our products or any costs associated with installation, regardless of the circumstances. This includes situations where a third-party installer has been hired to apply our graphics.
Installation Commencement:
Once the installation process has commenced, defined as any action that involves cutting or altering the paper backing of our graphics, we will not be able to provide replacement pieces free of charge. It is essential to carefully inspect the product and ensure it meets your requirements before initiating the installation process.
Return my purchase for a refund:
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds as all sales are final. We are a print-2-order company. We don’t stock inventory. We feel our products speak for themselves. However, if for some reason you feel the product received isn’t up to our standards, please get in touch with us for a resolution.
Cancellations
We cannot guarantee the cancellation of a purchase as our products are printed as they are ordered.
